MAILING · IN-HOUSE MAIL HOUSE

Print and mail,
end to end.

We print the piece, sort the list, address every envelope, apply the postage, and walk it to the post office. One invoice, one team to call, mail that goes out on time — for individuals, businesses, non-profits, and political candidates.

Who we mail for.

Individuals

Wedding invitations, save-the-dates, holiday cards, personal announcements.

Businesses

Customer newsletters, postcards, catalogs, statements, and annual mailings.

Non-profits

Donation appeals, fundraisers, member newsletters, event invitations.

Political candidates

Election mail, EDDM blasts, fundraising letters, and door-knockers.

What we specialize in.

Three classes cover almost every project. We’ll recommend the one that fits.

Every Door Direct Mail

EDDM

Saturate a route, ZIP, or neighborhood by carrier-route, with no list to manage. The most cost-effective way to reach an entire local area.

For time-sensitive pieces

First-Class

Fast delivery, return-to-sender included, and a polished look. Right when timing or address-correction matters.

Marketing Mail

Standard

The workhorse of bulk mailing — lowest postage rates for non-time-critical campaigns at 200 pieces and up.

What we mail.

Anything printed, basically. The most common pieces:

  • Postcards
  • Newsletters
  • Catalogs
  • Save-the-dates
  • Wedding invitations
  • Annual reports
  • Donation & non-profit campaigns
  • Election mail
  • And more

How it works.

  1. I

    Send the piece

We design and print it, or you bring us a finished file. Either way it comes off the press downstairs and stays in our shop until it leaves for the post office.

  2. II

    Sort & address

Variable-data addressing, presort, and CASS-certified list cleanup. We handle the list whether you have one or need to build one.

  3. III

    Apply postage

We hold the bulk-mail permits and apply postage in the class that fits — EDDM, First-Class, or Standard.

  4. IV

    Drop at USPS

We walk it to the post office ourselves. One invoice, one team to call, mail that actually goes out on time.
